Hexacodes ("we", "us", or "our") operates the YUGA mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

Most App data (profile name, preferences, session history, moods, saved classes, and progress) is stored locally on your device.

YUGA+ is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you access the App from outside the country where our servers or service providers operate, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Information you enter (such as mood or practice notes) is used solely to personalize your in-app experience and is not shared with healthcare providers unless you choose to share it outside the App.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, subscription management pages or terms linked from paywalls). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
